Do I have to send the gift code to the recepient right away?

Nope! You can send the gift whenever you feel ready. Qeepsake will send the receipt and gift code to the email you specify. When you’re ready, you can either forward the gift email to the recipient or print the gift email to share in person.

I purchased a gift membership — why didn’t I receive the gift code?

First, please check your spam folder, or promotions, social, or other tab in your email. If you don’t see it there, email us at support@qeepsake.com  and forward the confirmation message you received. We'll email you the gift membership code you can forward to the friend who you purchased the gift for.

Can I add Qeepsake to my new baby registry?

Yes! You can add Qeepsake to a gift registry by copying the URL to our gifting page and adding it to the registry of your choice.
